Untuk dapat melakukan penarikan dana di Findit, pastikan terlebih dahulu bahwa saldo telah masuk ke akun Findit Anda. Apabila saldo masih berstatus tertahan, hal tersebut menandakan bahwa dana belum tersedia karena masih terdapat pesanan dengan status belum terkirim atau belum selesai.
Saldo penjual akan masuk ke akun Findit maksimal dalam waktu 1 × 24 jam setelah pesanan diterima oleh pembeli.
Langkah Penarikan Dana melalui Aplikasi Findit
- Buka menu Profil
- Pilih Saldo Findit
- Pilih menu Penghasilan
- Klik “Tarik Dana Sekarang” (minimum penarikan dana sebesar Rp10.000)
- Pastikan data rekening bank atau e-wallet telah diisi dengan benar
Langkah Penarikan Dana melalui Website Findit
- Klik ikon profil di pojok kanan atas halaman
- Pilih menu Penghasilan Saya
- Pilih Penarikan Dana
- Klik “Ajukan Penarikan Dana” (minimum penarikan dana sebesar Rp10.000)
- Pastikan data rekening bank atau e-wallet yang digunakan sudah sesuai
Informasi Tambahan
Apabila Anda belum pernah mendaftarkan data rekening bank atau e-wallet sebelumnya, silakan klik “Tambahkan Sekarang” pada menu Metode Penarikan, kemudian lengkapi data yang diperlukan sebelum mengajukan penarikan dana.
Setelah data dikirimkan, proses penarikan dana akan diproses dalam waktu 2 – 3 hari kerja (tidak termasuk hari Sabtu, Minggu, dan hari libur nasional). Namun, dalam beberapa kondisi, proses penarikan dana dapat selesai lebih cepat dari estimasi tersebut.
Sebagai catatan, saat mengisi data rekening bank atau e-wallet, pastikan nama pemilik rekening atau nama akun e-wallet dicantumkan dengan benar agar proses penarikan dana dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Untuk metode e-wallet, saat ini Findit mendukung OVO, GoPay, dan DANA sebagai pilihan penarikan dana.

How to Withdraw Funds on Findit
To withdraw funds on Findit, please ensure that your balance has been credited to your Findit account. If your balance is still marked as on hold, this indicates that the funds are not yet available because there are orders with a status of not yet delivered or not yet completed.
The seller’s balance will be credited to the Findit account within a maximum of 1 × 24 hours after the order has been received by the buyer.
Fund Withdrawal via the Findit Mobile App
- Go to Profile
- Select Findit Balance
- Choose Earnings
- Click “Withdraw Funds Now” (minimum withdrawal amount: IDR 10,000)
- Ensure that your bank account or e-wallet details are correct

- Click the profile icon at the top-right corner of the page
- Select My Earnings
- Choose Withdraw Funds
- Click “Submit Withdrawal Request” (minimum withdrawal amount: IDR 10,000)
- Ensure that your bank account or e-wallet details are accurate
Additional Information
If you have not previously registered your bank account or e-wallet details, please click “Add Now” under Withdrawal Methods and complete the required information before submitting a withdrawal request.
After the data is submitted, the withdrawal process will be completed within 2 – 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national public holidays). However, in certain cases, the process may be completed faster than the estimated timeframe.
Please ensure that the account holder’s name or e-wallet account name is entered correctly to ensure a smooth withdrawal process.Currently, the available e-wallet options for withdrawals are OVO, GoPay, and DANA.
